ORDER
The parties are ordered to submit to this court written briefs (without oral argument), addressing the specific duties, report structure, and designation of the Chief Technology Officer position, to enable the court to evaluate the applicability, if any, of La. Const. Art. X, Section 2(B)(10). The petitioner's brief shall be filed in this court within twenty days of the date of this order; the respondent's brief shall be filed within twenty days after the submission of the petitioner's brief.
The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal is ordered to provide this Court with the original and duplicate record in this matter in accordance with Louisiana Supreme Court Rule III.
