ORDER
Considering the “Petition for Reinstatement” filed by petitioner, Steven Courtney Gill, and the opposition thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,
IT IS ORDERED that petitioner's application for reinstatement be and hereby is denied at this time. Petitioner must demonstrate a minimum of six months of full and successful compliance with his Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program monitoring agreement before he will be considered for reinstatement under Supreme Court Rule XVIII. Thereafter, should petitioner choose to seek reinstatement from the one year and one day suspension imposed in In re: Gill, 15-1373 (La. 10/23/15), 181 So. 3d 669, he shall comply with all requirements of Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 24.
