DEREK W. PHILLIPS
On Supervisory Writ to the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court, Parish of Caddo
PER CURIAM
Relator's writ application was not timely filed and therefore will not be considered. See La. Sup. Ct. Rule 1, § 3(B)(1); State v. Crandell, 05-1060 (La. 3/10/06), 924 So.2d 122, 125 (holding that “[a]lthough defendant's application in this court was filed within thirty days of the court of appeal's denial of rehearing, the application was untimely filed because a rehearing of the court of appeal's writ denial was not allowed.”).
