STATE of Louisiana v. Keith EZIDORE
Writ granted. We find that, pursuant to the dictates of La. C.Cr.P. art. 316, as well the constitutions of Louisiana and the United States, defendant's total bail obligation should not exceed $100,000.00. We remand to the district court for a hearing within fifteen (15) days to set bail in accordance with our ruling herein.
