ORDER
Considering the new developments in this matter reported by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,
IT IS ORDERED that our order of February 4, 2026 remanding 26-OB-0092 for a hearing before the hearing committee be and hereby is recalled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Louis R. Koerner, Jr., Louisiana Bar Roll number 7817, be and he hereby is transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 22(D). Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 26(F), this order shall be effective immediately.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Office of Disciplinary Counsel may seek the appointment of a trustee(s) to protect the interests of respondent's clients pursuant to the provisions of Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 27, if appropriate.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in light of our action in 26-OB-0092, the petition in 26-OB-0426 is hereby dismissed as moot. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 16(D), all filings in both matters shall remain confidential.
