LOUISIANA STADIUM EXPOSITION DISTRICT v. BRAZOS INDUSTRIES LLC LLC (2026)

Writ granted. While evidence of fault on the part of ASM Global, LLC may be admissible, ASM is not the warrantor of Brazos Industries, LLC or Greenshield Products, LLC, nor is ASM liable to them for all or part of the principal demand. The judgment of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, sustaining the exception of no cause of action filed by ASM Global, LLC and dismissing defendants’ third-party demand against it, is therefore reinstated and this matter is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
