STATE v. WIGGINS (2026)

Granted. Applicant represents that the district court has failed to act timely on his Notice of Intent to Seek Writs with incorporated request for a return date that was filed on or about December 28, 2023. If applicant's representation is correct, the district court is ordered to set a return date for the writ application to the court of appeal seeking review of the district court's December 13, 2023, denial of post-conviction relief. If applicant's representation is incorrect, the district court is ordered to accept, file and act upon the pleading which is herewith transferred to the court. The court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its ruling within 30 days.
