STATE of Louisiana v. Donald C. PLAISANCE
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Writ granted. The court of appeal is reversed for the reasons given by Judge Penzato in her dissent below. See also State v. Jarquin, 25-0503 (La. 9/24/25), 418 So.3d 898. The ruling of the trial court denying the defendant's motion to suppress is reinstated, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED
Penzato, J., recused.
