IN RE: the SUCCESSION OF Mable Jones LEE
Writ granted. As the district court failed to conduct the requisite analysis for denying the motion for legislative continuance as required under La. R.S. 13:4163(D), and more importantly, failed to state what clear and convincing evidence in this case establishes that either of the grounds listed in La. R.S. 13:4163(B)(2) exists, the order denying the motion for a legislative continuance is reversed. The district court is hereby ordered to grant a continuance for a period of not less than forty-five days from the date of adjournment sine die of the 2026 Regular session of the Louisiana Legislature in accordance with La. R.S. 13:4163(B)(1).
PER CURIAM.
