Hargrave, 25-0426 (La. 4/23/25), 407 So. 3d 602, the case is remanded to the district court to set a hearing to determine whether plaintiff's first supplemental and amending petition has removed the objections presented by relators’ exception of improper venue. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
