PER CURIAM:
Writ granted in part; otherwise denied. The court of appeal's ruling on defendant's ineffective assistance of counsel claim is vacated, and that claim is pretermitted for consideration on collateral review, if defendant chooses to raise it, by application for post-conviction relief. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
