Writ granted. Because the defendant failed to first seek relief in the court of appeal and did not establish “extraordinary circumstances” to bypass said review pursuant to La. Sup. Ct. R. X, § 5(b), this matter is transferred to the Louisiana Court of Appeal, First Circuit, for consideration of defendant's writ application.
