IN RE: the Succession of Garrett Joseph CLAYBOURN
Granted. Relator's writ application to the court of appeal was filed timely. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 5059; Callis v. Greater Alexandria Econ. Dev. Auth., 2025-00630 (La. 10/1/25), 420 So.3d 20 (“Washington's Birthday, also known as Presidents’ Day, is a legal holiday for purposes of Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure article 5059.”).
Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal dismissing relator's writ application as untimely is vacated, and the application is remanded to the court of appeal for consideration on the merits.
