IT IS ORDERED that the petition for reinstatement be denied as premature. Formal charges against petitioner are pending before this court in 25-B-0537. Should petitioner choose to seek reinstatement to the practice of law in Louisiana upon becoming eligible to do so, he shall comply with all requirements of Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 24.
