IN RE: STEVEN COURTNEY GILL
ORDER
Considering the “Petition for Reinstatement” filed by petitioner, Steven Courtney Gill, and the record of this matter,
IT IS ORDERED that petitioner's application for reinstatement be and hereby is denied at this time. However, considering the unique circumstances presented, the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (“JLAP”) shall permit petitioner to execute an appropriate monitoring agreement. Petitioner may reapply to this court for reinstatement upon a proper showing that he has pursued and complied with the treatment recommendations of JLAP and has complied with all conditions of the monitoring contract.
