PER CURIAM

Writ granted. The trial court abused its discretion in not allowing the previously ordered depositions of Buyers, whose affidavits were relied upon to support the motion for summary judgment. La. R.S. 9:3 l98(A)(l) provides that the seller shall provide a property disclosure on a form prescribed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission or a form that contains at least the minimum language prescribed by the commission. Sellers are entitled to depose Buyers to ascertain what information they actually received. Summary Judgment in favor of Buyers is reversed and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.

Guidry, J., dissents and would deny.
