The case is remanded to the district court to hold a contradictory hearing on relator's motion to set aside as ordered by the court of appeal in Brown v. Brown, 2023-0132 (La. App. 4 Cir. 10/3/23), 382 So. 3d 899, 902, writ denied, 2023-01514 (La. 1/24/24), 377 So. 3d 688, cert. denied, 145 S. Ct. 202 (2024).
