Yourick VIDRINE, et al. v. PROGRESSIVE PALOVERDE INSURANCE COMPANY, et al.
Writ granted. The judgment of the district court, insofar as it granted plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment, is vacated. We find there are genuine issues of material fact that preclude plaintiffs’ entitlement to summary judgment under La. C.C.P. art. 966. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
