Writ granted. Washington's Birthday, also known as Presidents’ Day, is a legal holiday for purposes of Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure article 5059. See La. R.S. 1:55E(1)(a)(i) and E(3); Wilkerson v. Buras, 14-2138 (La. 11/26/14), 152 So. 3d 894, 895 (per curiam). As such, it must be excluded when computing the twenty-four hour notice required by Louisiana Revised Statute 42:19A(1)(b)(i). See La. Code Civ. Pro. art. 5059C(1) and (3). The court of appeal judgment is reversed, and the trial court judgment is reinstated.
