The district court's January 6, 2025 judgment declares La. Civ. Code art. 198 unconstitutional. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED this matter shall be docketed as an appeal pursuant to the provisions of La. Const. Art. V, § 5(D). The clerk of court is directed to obtain the record of these proceedings from the district court, issue an appropriate briefing schedule and place the case on the next available docket for oral argument.
