IN RE: Richard T. CONRAD, III
ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) conducted an investigation into allegations that respondent engaged in serious attorney misconduct including concealing a final judgment from a client and forging a judgment of dismissal. Prior to the filing of formal charges, respondent and the ODC jointly moved to allow respondent to permanently resign from the practice of law in lieu of discipline pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20.1.
Having considered the Joint Petition for Permanent Resignation from the Practice of Law,
IT IS ORDERED that the petition be accepted, and that Richard T. Conrad, III, Louisiana Bar Roll number 25006, shall be permanently prohibited from practicing law in Louisiana or in any other jurisdiction in which he is admitted to the practice of law; shall be permanently prohibited from seeking readmission to the practice of law in this state or in any other jurisdiction in which he is admitted; and shall be permanently prohibited from seeking admission to the practice of law in any jurisdiction.
