Granted. This matter is remanded to the trial court to designate a domiciliary parent or otherwise provide an implementation order which allocates the legal authority and responsibility of the parents for the children's educational needs. See La. R.S. 9:335; see also Hodges v. Hodges, 2015-0585 (La. 11/23/15), 181 So. 3d 700; Ehlinger v. Ehlinger, 2017-1120 (La. App. 1 Cir. 5/29/18), 251 So. 3d 418. The trial court shall act no later than thirty days from the date of this order and shall file a copy of its judgment with this court.
