STATE of Louisiana v. Elnora MCNEAL
Writ granted. For the reasons assigned by Judge Lobrano in her dissent in the court of appeal, the trial court's ruling granting defendant's Motion to Suppress the Evidence is reversed. The Motion to Suppress the Evidence is denied, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
