CLIFFORD MCGRAW v. TIM HOOPER, WARDEN
I concur in the denial of the writ application. The district court had no authority to reconsider its order granting the state's motion for appeal. La.C.Cr.P. art. 916. Applicant, therefore, shows no error in the district court's denial of his motion to reconsider.
McCallum, J., concurring.
