Petition for readmission denied. See order.
ORDER
Considering the record of this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that readmission be and hereby is denied. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 24(I), petitioner may not reapply for readmission until three years have passed from the date of this judgment, but in no event until the following conditions have been satisfied: (1) petitioner shall promptly file a child support modification request in the Los Angeles Superior Court and provide truthful and accurate information about his earnings, assets, and history; (2) petitioner's child support obligation shall be concluded and fully paid, including all arrears; (3) petitioner shall make a good faith effort to satisfy all of his financial obligations, including but not limited to the obligations owed to Navy Federal Credit Union, the IRS, and the State of Louisiana; and (4) petitioner shall amend his federal and state tax returns from 2018 to the present to make them truthful and accurate, and shall pay any resulting taxes that are determined to be due.
