Considering the report and recommendation of the hearing committee,

IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 11(G), this matter is remanded for further review by the disciplinary board. In its review, the board should particularly consider whether the alleged violations of Rules 1.8(a) and 8.4(c) have been proven by clear and convincing evidence. See In re: Donnan, 01-3058 (La. 1/10/03), 838 So. 2d 715.
