Granted in part. Based on our review, we conclude there are genuine issues of material fact concerning whether Patricia McKenzie was an employee of VIP Taxi Services, LLC. Accordingly, the May 10, 2024 judgment of the district court granting summary judgment on this ground is reversed. In all other respects, the writ is denied. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
