PER CURIAM:
Writ granted in part. The State may introduce evidence of prior bad acts to establish motive. However, if evidence of the rape charges in Vermillion Parish is introduced, defendant is entitled to present evidence of his acquittal and crossexamine witnesses against him. See, e.g., State v. Harris, 2011-0253 (La. App. 5 Cir. 12/28/11), 83 So.3d 269, 281.
