ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING
PER CURIAM
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) commenced an investigation into allegations that respondent neglected multiple legal matters, failed to timely suit on a client's behalf, failed to communicate with clients, failed to return client files upon request, failed to refund unearned fees, and failed to pay third-party providers. Respondent and the ODC then submitted a joint petition for consent discipline, in which the parties stipulated that respondent's conduct violated Rules 1.1(a), 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(f)(5), 1.15(a)(d), and 1.16(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Having reviewed the petition,
IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Consent Discipline be accepted and that Sonjia Delcenia Kirk, Louisiana Bar Roll number 24494, be and she hereby is suspended from the practice of law for two years, retroactive to October 6, 2022, the date of her interim suspension.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs and expenses in the matter are assessed against respondent in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 10.1, with legal interest to commence thirty days from the date of finality of this court's judgment until paid.
