STATE of Louisiana v. Eddie RICHARDS
Writ granted in part. Applicant represents that the court of appeal has failed to act timely on a pro se appellate brief filed on or about September 12, 2023. If applicant's representation is correct, the court is ordered to consider and act on the pro se filing. If applicant's representation is incorrect, the court of appeal is ordered to accept, file and act upon the pleading which is herewith transferred to the court. The court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment.
