On Supervisory Writ to the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge
ORDER
Granted; remanded to district court. We grant the application for the limited purpose of transferring applicant's constitutional challenge, filed on or about October 30, 2023, to the district court. The district court is ordered to accept, file, and rule upon applicant's petition. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its ruling.
