ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING
PER CURIAM
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) commenced an investigation into allegations that respondent commingled and converted client funds, presented forged medical records to insurance companies in support of her clients’ settlement demands, and engaged in criminal conduct. Respondent subsequently made misrepresentations to the ODC during a sworn statement taken in connection with the investigation. Following the filing of formal charges, respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel submitted a joint petition for consent discipline, in which respondent acknowledges that her conduct constitutes a violation of Rules 1.15(a), 1.15(b), 1.15(f), 4.1(a), 4.1(b), 5.3(c)(1), 8.1(a), 8.4(a), 8.4(b), 8.4(c), and 8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Having reviewed the petition,
IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Consent Discipline be accepted and that Yasha Latrice Clark, Louisiana Bar Roll number 38609, be and she hereby is disbarred, retroactive to May 30, 2024, the date of her interim suspension. Her name shall be stricken from the roll of attorneys and her license to practice law in the State of Louisiana shall be revoked.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs and expenses in the matter are assessed against respondent in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 10.1, with legal interest to commence thirty days from the date of finality of this court's judgment until paid.
Crichton, J., dissents and assigns reasons. McCallum, J., dissents and would reject the joint petition for consent discipline.
