STATE of Louisiana v. Cedric EMERSON
Applicant represents that the district court set his motion for documents for evidentiary hearing on March 26, 2024, but continued it without date when applicant was not transported to the courtroom. He also represents that the district court has yet to rule on his motion. If applicant's representation is correct, the district court is ordered to reschedule the matter for evidentiary hearing and act on the motion. If applicant's representation is incorrect, the district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment.
