COMMERCIAL CHEMICAL PRODUCTS INC v. JAKE TOWING (2024)

Granted. The May 15, 2024 judgment of the court of appeal is amended to provide that only those claims arising under the commercial general liability provisions of the policy are dismissed with prejudice. The portion of the trial court's February 8, 2024 judgment dismissing plaintiff's claims under the auto provisions of the policy was not challenged through writ or appeal. Therefore, to the extent the judgment purports to address that ruling, the CA erred. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
