ON APPLICATION FOR REINSTATEMENT

On December 19, 2023, we suspended petitioner from the practice of law for two years, with six months deferred, retroactive to September 15, 2022, the date of her interim suspension. In re: Burdett, 23-1399 (La. 12/19/23), 374 So. 3d 968. Petitioner now seeks reinstatement to the practice of law.

Having considered the recommendation of the hearing committee, as well as the record of these proceedings, we find petitioner has met her burden of proving that she is entitled to be reinstated to the practice of law. Accordingly, we will reinstate petitioner to the practice of law.

DECREE

Upon review of the recommendation of the hearing committee, and considering the record, it is ordered that Nicole E. Burdett, Louisiana Bar Roll number 32972, be immediately reinstated to the practice of law in Louisiana. All costs of these proceedings are assessed against petitioner.
