ORDER
Considering the application for the appointment of a commissioner filed by petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that the application be and hereby is denied. In accordance with our November 21, 2023 order permitting petitioner to sit for the bar exam, she may apply for the appointment of a commissioner only “upon her successful completion of the [bar] exam.” In re: Committee on Bar Admissions CFN-657274, 23-1351 (La. 11/21/23), 373 So. 3d 435 (Griffin, J., recused). As petitioner has not yet successfully passed the bar exam, she is not entitled to the appointment of a commissioner at this time.
