The case is remanded to the district court for reconsideration of relator's motion for summary judgment in light of Evans v. Abubaker, Inc., 2023-00955 (La. 5/10/24), 384 So. 3d 853.

I concur in the order of remand but note the evolving area of a premises owner's scope of duty jurisprudence warrants continued study from this Court as varying factual scenarios arise over time.
