PER CURIAM
Granted. Based upon this Court's review of the record, we find the trial court erred in granting the defendant's motion to suppress evidence. La. C.Cr.P. art. 703(D). That ruling is vacated, the motion is denied, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
Crichton, J., dissents and would deny. Griffin, J., dissents and would deny.
