Motion to modify probation granted. See order.
ORDER
Considering the Motion for Modification filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,
IT IS ORDERED that the motion is granted. Respondent's probationary terms are hereby modified to require that respondent submit to retest, in accordance with the recommendations of Intoxalock, upon a reading of a high blood alcohol concentration from the interlock device installed in his vehicle. In all other respects, the provisions of our December 8, 2023 order shall remain in effect.
