STATE of Louisiana v. Gerald LADMIRAULT
Writ granted. The court of appeal's ruling is reversed. The district court already complied with the requirements of La.C.Cr.P. arts. 930 and 930.7 before denying relief on respondent's application for post-conviction relief. The district court's ruling is reinstated, and the matter is remanded to the court of appeal for a ruling on the merits of the claims asserted in respondent's applications for review, with or without additional briefing as the court of appeal may deem appropriate.
