LIQUIDATION PROPERTIES INC v. LABRANCHE (2024)

WRIT GRANTED. The district court is ordered to rule on any outstanding motions and to specifically comply with the 2019 order of remand issued in Liquidation Properties, Inc. v. Labranche, 19-277 (La. App. 5 Cir. 11/27/19), 283 So.3d 659. The district court is further ordered to provide proof of compliance to this Court within thirty days of this ruling. All proceedings are hereby stayed pending further orders of this Court.
