FAIA v. ABC INSURANCE COMPANY (2024)

Writ Granted. In review of the record, the court of appeal erred in finding the trial court lacked a reasonable factual basis for its decision. For the reasons provided by Judge McClendon at the court of appeal and Judge Creel at the trial court, we grant the writ, reverse the judgment of the court of appeal, and reinstate the judgment of the trial court.

WRIT GRANTED; REVERSED; TRIAL COURT JUDGMENT REINSTATED.
