PER CURIAM
Granted. The district court did not abuse its discretion in excluding the evidence at issue on the ground its probative value was substantially outweighed by its prejudicial effect. See La. Code Evid. art. 403.
Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
Weimer, C.J., dissents and would deny. Crain, J., dissents and would deny. McCallum, J., dissents and would deny.
