Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Granted in part. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed insofar as it strikes the testimony of Dr. Kevin Stephens in its entirety. Dr. Stephens shall be allowed to testify on general medical issues consistent with his qualifications. However, he shall not be allowed to testify as to the specific medical condition at issue, including whether defendants breached the applicable standard of care, unless plaintiffs are able to introduce evidence establishing his testimony satisfies the requirements of La. R.S. 9:2794(D)(3). In all other respects, the writ is denied.
Crain, J., dissents.
