Granted. The district court did not abuse its discretion in allowing the State's Article 412.2 evidence relative to the 2014 incident. See generally State v. Layton, 14-1910 (La. 3/17/15), 168 So.3d 358. The district court's March 16, 2023 ruling declaring the evidence admissible is reinstated. To the extent the court of appeal's ruling reversed any portion of the trial court's ruling, the court of appeal's ruling is hereby vacated.
