STATE of Louisiana v. Bobby PARKER
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
PER CURIAM
Granted. The district court did not abuse its discretion in allowing the State's Article 412.2 evidence relative to the September 18, 1993 and May 22, 1994 incidents. See State v. Parker, 22-0843 (La. App. 4 Cir. 2/17/23), 358 So.3d 924 (Lobrano, J., dissenting); see also State v. Layton, 14-1910 (La. 3/17/15), 168 So.3d 358. The district court's November 17, 2022 ruling is reinstated. To the extent the court of appeal's ruling reversed any portion of that ruling, such determination is hereby vacated.
Hughes, J., would deny.
