Relators-Defendants, Newco Women's Medical Centers, LLC, Mark M. Allen, M.D., Geoffrey B. Gillen, M.D., and Jeanne Hutchinson, M.D., seek review of the trial court's July 23, 2026, order which required them to produce an email exchange consisting of two emails, dated September 1, 2023 and September 3, 2023, with a redaction of the last two sentences of the former.

We find that the emails are protected under the peer review statute, La. R.S. 13:3715.3, and are thus not discoverable. Accordingly, this writ application is granted and the trial court's ruling ordering the production of the emails is reversed.
