A rehearing was granted in order to reconsider our earlier opinion in this matter.

In the earlier opinion, this court reversed the district court's judgment, which granted Fluid Disposal Specialties’ (“FDS”) motion for summary judgment and dismissed Unifirst's entire case against FDS with prejudice. Fluid Disposal Specialties v. Unifirst Corp., 53,014 (La. App. 2 Cir. 9/25/19), 316 So. 3d 1222.

The case was remanded to the district court for further proceedings in accordance with our opinion. Id.

On rehearing, we affirm our earlier opinion.

AFFIRMED ON REHEARING.
