Fluid Disposal Specialties v. Unifirst Corp., 53,014 (La. App. 2 Cir. 9/25/19), 316 So. 3d 1222.
The case was remanded to the district court for further proceedings in accordance with our opinion. Id.
On rehearing, we affirm our earlier opinion.
AFFIRMED ON REHEARING.
