Alvin PETE v. State of Louisiana, DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, et al.
For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Alvin Pete v. State of Louisiana, Department Corrections, et al., 17–1131 (La.App. 3 Cir. 5/9/18), 247 So.3d 1084, the judgment of the trial court is amended in part and affirmed as amended.
Costs of this appeal are assessed to Sheriff Ronald J. Theriot.
