For the reasons assigned in Barber v. Louisiana Municipal Risk Management Agency Group Self–Insurance Fund, 17–498 (La.App. 3 Cir. 12/28/17), 236 So.3d 689, 2017 WL 7513867, the application for supervisory writs is granted and made peremptory, and the case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
